TERMS OF SERVICE

 
  • Payment will be through via PayPal invoice ONLY!
  • I reserved the right to refuse or cancel any commission(s) with provided reason(s).
    • If the payment had been processed, I'll made a refund.​
  • Please note that your art might be streamed on other platform.
    • Unless you stated otherwise!​
  • The clients can only make changes when the work is in the sketch/line art state.
    • Unless for the full color or a reference sheet commissions; the changes can be made until flat color.​
  • If your commission is accepted I will contact you via your contact information(s) you've given me.
    • If I couldn't contact ​you through via names/media you've given me the commission will be automatically denied.
    • I'm mostly active on Discord, so if you wanted a fast respond please contact me there.
  • Work In Progress screenshots will be provide in the Sketch, Line arts and Flat color state.
    • Otherwise feel free to request one during the progress if needed!​

BY COMMISSIONING ME MEANS YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREED TO THE RULES BELOW

FOR USAGE

  • I reserved the right to use the commissioned artwork in my advertisements and posting on social media.
  • Clients may printed the art work in a physical form (shirt/pins/cards/etc.) as long as it is for personal use ONLY!
    • For a non personal use, please state them when commissioning me!(There will be some additional costs.)​
  • Clients may use the commissioned artwork as their profile/banner/etc.
  • Clients is expected to give proper credit when posting my artwork on their own social media!
  • Clients DO NOT have the right to resell the artwork!
    • Unless the client is reselling the character that is commissioned in the artwork.​
  • For the Telegram sticker Pack
    • Please add the credit sticker in the sticker pack.​ Thank you!
  • For the adopts
    • Owner have the right to resell the character.
    • Owner CAN NOT claim that they are the designer of the character.

  • Political content
  • Complex Architectures
  • Scat/Necrophilia/ or any illegal fetishes in general.
